Ambergris Cay: Environmental Learning Center

The Environmental Learning Center (ELC) on Ambergris Cay is another unique amenity offered to members of the Turks and Caicos Sporting Club and their guests. The ELC will house exhibits and information on the resident flora and fauna of Ambergris Cay facilitated by the resident Naturalist. This building is constructed with traditional Caribbean techniques and accents using natural materials to blend in with the low natural vegetation of Ambergris Cay. As the building is located in the Silver Palm nature Preserve, the building incorporates a galvanized steel beam sub-structure to limit impact on the surrounding vegetation and wildlife.
