Ambergris Cay Villas - Style A

This single storey residence is based around the use of a partially covered courtyard which encourages outside dining and exploiting the spectacular ocean views whilst affording protection from the prevailing winds.  There is also an emphasis on a sense of privacy from the entrance side entering the dwelling through the focal point of a top lit rotunda.  The dwelling consists of 2400 sq.ft. under roof with an additional 800 sq.ft. of cloistered courtyard and covered terraces.  The style of the house is based on bermudian architectural imagery, prevalent in this part of the caribbean.
