Lee & Astwood Architects was established by the partnership of Jeffrey Lee and Ian Astwood in 2004 in Providenciales, the centre of commercial activity in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Since this formation the company has rapidly become the largest Architectural and Interior Design firm in the Islands.
Lee & Astwood Architects has developed a reputation for excellence in design, Professionalism in Architecture and sensitivity to meeting their clients’ expectations while delivering cost effective solutions. With a professionally qualified staff of fifteen, Lee & Astwood is currently engaged in projects throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands, ranging from large scale Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Condominium projects, and Government projects such as the design and engineering of the new South Caicos Air Terminal Building. The firm is also engaged in a major Fractional Ownership Project in Grand Cayman.
