Lee & Astwood Architects was established by the partnership of
Jeffrey Lee and Ian Astwood in 2004 in Providenciales, the centre of
commercial activity in the Turks & Caicos Islands. Since this
formation the company has rapidly become the largest
Architectural firm in the Islands, specializing in Hotel / Resort
Development, Historical Restoration, Public and Commercial complexes
and Interior Design.

With a professionally qualified staff of fifteen, Lee & Astwood offers a full range of professional services to the Turks & Caicos Islands and the Caribbean region.
The firm is currently engaged in projects throughout the Turks and Caicos Islands, ranging from large scale Residential, Commercial, Hotel and Condominium projects, and Government projects such as the design and engineering of the new South Caicos Air Terminal Building. The firm is also engaged in a major Fractional Ownership Project in Grand Cayman.
