The guesthouse sits on a parcel of land seperate from the main house also designed by Lee & Astwood Architects. Designed to be virtually maintenance free and self-sufficient the guesthouse utilizes Caribbean design details and finishes. The surrounding landscaping will create a shaded oasis as trees mature.
