Roberts House - Grand Turk

The re-birth of the historic Roberts House located on Duke Street in Grand Turk was a triumph for the current owner, the Turks and Caicos Planning Department and Lee & Astwood Architects. As the structure was in such a state of disrepair, Lee & Astwood came up with a plan of totally dismantling the structure while proving to Planning and the owner that the house would be meticulously re-built to today's standards. The result is a Beachfront cottage restored to it's former beauty that displays links back to Bermudian architecture and an important stop on the Historical Tour for visitors to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
