Sapodilla Plaza

Located at the "gateway" to Chalk Sound road, this building was specifically designed to be an outpost for the Royal Turks and Caicos Police Force providing local police presence to the south side of Providenciales. The beautiful setting on the eastern shore of Chalk sound enhances the traditional wrap-around porch and gas-light details taken from traditional Caribbean architecture. Future landscaping will only add to the beauty as Palms and brilliant bouganvillea will contrast against the brightly "whitewashed" exterior. The interior spaces are a series of private rooms, offices and a cantina to support a small police force in this modern facility.
