Bradley Malcolm-Coalbrooke joins Lee & Astwood Architects Ltd.

Lee & Astwood Architects Ltd. has welcomed Mr. Bradley Malcolm-Coalbrooke B.Arch. to the firm as a Project Architect. Mr. Malcolm-Coalbrooke took his professional Architectural degree at the Florida A & M University, receiving a Bachelors of Science in Architectural Studies. This education was undertaken following his tenure at the University of Florida Atlantic where he was awarded a Bachelors of Architecture.

Following graduation Bradley worked in the TCI, and Argentina mostly within the hospitality and resort industry and as such Bradley brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in what LAA presently has as it’s primary project type. With this contribution, the team is continuing to become one of the leading Architectural firms resident in the Turks & Caicos Islands, specializing in not only Hotel / Resort Development, but also as leaders in the fields of Historical Restoration, Public buildings, commercial development, and Interior Design.

Lee & Astwood Architects has developed a reputation for excellence in design, and professionalism in Architecture - meeting their clients’ expectations and delivering cost effective products. Current projects include the South Caicos Air Terminal Building, the Providenciales Business Solutions commercial building, the 60 unit Columbus Landing condominium in Grand Turk, the 30 unit Lucaya and 75 unit Atrium condominium Hotel projects on Providenciales, and the Salt Cay Windmills Plantation expansion. LAA has already expanded beyond the TCI having been recently engaged as the design Architects of record for the Waterford – a 10 acre, 70 units Fractional Ownership project on Grand Cayman.
